Advisory Board

The founders of the Union and the signatories to its Statute in its’ first convention are considered a permanent consultative authority. The Permanent Advisory Authority is presided by Judge Jamal Al Fahidi of Yemen and his Vice-President, Prime-Judge Fatima Kart of Tunisia.

Member of Court of Appeal in Yemen.
Elected Vice-President of the Judges Association of Yemen, Currently the Acting President of the Judges Association of Yemen.
He attained a master’s degree in law from the Higher Judicial Institute in Yemen in 2008, at the stage of preparing his bachelors’ thesis in private law, Faculty of Law, Abdelmalek Saadi University, Morocco.
He was a professor at the Faculty of Humanitarian Sciences, Department of Law, University of Almustakbal – Yemen.

  • Judge of the Court of Accounts of Tunisia.
  • President of the Union of Judges of the Court of Accounts (Financial Justice Board).
  • Attained PhD in Legal Sciences (1999) and in-depth research degree in Environmental Law (2002) from the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences in Tunisia, a graduate of the final education stage at the National College of Management (2006).
  • Professor of Public Law (Public Finance, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law) in both the Tunisian universities and the National School of Administration, she also undertakes provision of the framework for research students in their dissertations.
  • Member of the association of control, inspection and auditing of the Tunisian public bodies.
  • Member of the Tunisian Women Judges Association.
